General Shipping Information
We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most in-stock orders within 3/7 business days from order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
We require a signature for proof-of-delivery for orders. Your selection ships in a gift box or pouch. Free gift wrapping and gift card messages are available; just indicate your request at check-out in the appropriate fields.
Our standard residential shipping methods are FedEx Home Delivery and UPS/USPS Standard shipping.We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday, or for weekend delivery.
If your order cannot be shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. Dates quoted for merchandise that is not immediately available (backorder, special order or merchandise that requires sizing or personalization) are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make every attempt to expedite your order and notify you by e-mail or phone when you order is ready to ship.
Merchandise will be billed to your credit card when shipped, with exception to custom orders, which are billed at time of order. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.
Multiple Items Being Shipped
Orders containing multiple items being shipped to the same address may ship separately if some items become backordered. This will not result in additional shipping charges. You will be notified as each item ships. Items being shipped to multiple addresses are subject to separate shipping charges. Items that are expected to arrive within 7 days of each other shipping to the same address will be held and shipped together unless you instruct us otherwise.

QUICK SHIP VIA UPS
For authorized orders received by noon CT, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Quick Ship Via UPS delivery offers faster delivery. Charges are based on your order’s total value. Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.

Quick Ship Via UPS delivery is only available in the 48 contiguous United States.
International shipping
International shipping prices will be added at checkout. Based or the weight and country will be add the shipping rate accordingly.
Oversized items
Oversized items can be shipping through a private shipping company. We can provide you with one or you can find one. We are not reliable for any damages done by the other party. We highly recommend getting insurance from the company.
Pick Up
We are located in New Jersey. Please only select the Pick Up option if you actually intend to pick your item up from our location in Sayreville, NJ. Your item will not be shipped if you select this option and we will not beheld responsible for this error. This option is available for the majority of our merchandise, with the exception of items designated as Online Only. Just select our free Pickup option during checkout. We will email notifying you when your items are ready for pickup.
